W&S Staff

As part of a project team, W&S has been conducting the CCTA/ACTC decennial model update. W&S is responsible for the Data Collection Plan Technical Memorandum documenting a systematic data collection plan for the nine-county Bay Area, identifying existing data sources available to the project team to describe base year 2015 and 2019/2020 conditions for purposes of model calibration and validation. Sources shall include but may not be limited to the CMAs, Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), local transit agencies, and Caltrans.
